Mission Statement: To interrupt retail footfall with art and performance.
May 2009: I enjoyed curating the live art to go into the space for three months
ACTIVATOR
In 2008/2009 I co-ordinated the New Work Network Activator project, supported by Colchester Arts Centre, Essex University and The Lakeside Theatre in the East of England.
The project built on existing artist networks for those living/working in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, by creating more networking and performance opportunities.
Activator events included:
LIVE ART PICNIC; A WORKING WEEKEND; THE LIVE ART CLUB AND A LIVE ART PLATFORM
WEITZ AND MULLER
I began my career as a live artist working with acclaimed Director and writer, Nat Miller (assistant director with De NederLandse Opera): Le Jet de Sang; Das Rheingold; Tis Pity She's a Whore; Blue Screen Concealing Two Artists (1937).
ACADEMIA:
I attended The University of Essex from 2003 - 2006. When I started my sons were aged three and one. I finished with a six year old, a four year old and a first class degree in Drama and Literature.
